IWatch is amazing!! I’m not even a customer but they bailed me out of a serious bind on the weekend!! We had bought a home with a security system but it wasn’t serviced by anyone and we intended to just leave it set as it was because we liked knowing when a door was opened or closed. But one day my grandson was playing with the box and set the alarm off. And it continued to go off every time we opened the door. I called iWatch and the operator immediately connected me to a tech who walked me through disarming the system. They were the third company I called and the first to respond with speed and kindness!! If they treat someone who isn’t their customer with that kind of service I’m confident they treat their customers even better! Thank you iWatch!!
Sharing an overdue review for Iwatch Security. After screening 5+ companies, we chose Iwatch and are very happy with that decision. Highly recommend. As first time single-family homeowners (we've owned condos with 24/7 security before) we knew we wanted security, but weren't sure what was vital vs. nice to have vs. overkill. We conducted hours of research and had a list of features we wanted, and used this same script to obtain quotes from multiple providers.To be fair, every local company we met with was component and qualified, but there was just a better "feeling" with Iwatch. As it turns out, my in-home consultant turned out to be the CEO of the company. He reviewed the list of features I wanted and proposed a better design which was more effective and less costly than what I proposed.The reason I'm most satisfied with Iwatch is the post-sales service. Often, once you sign that contract and are locked in (put a ring on it), that's when you see what the relationship will look like. Post-sales service has been 5 stars! Julie, VP of Operations, has been super responsive and accommodating.Last note, we did a split install (some before our internet was connected and the rest after internet/wifi). Both installers were professional, knowledgable, and friendly. Special acknowledgement to Toby who truly went above and beyond. I felt like he treated my home as if he were installing for a friend or family member.If you are new to Wake County, it may be overwhelming trying to pick between multiple qualified, local vendors. I don't think there is a wrong choice, but Iwatch was the best choice for us. Good luck.

“For several years, I had a security system provided by another company. My prior security system was 3g and outdated, and my prior security provider did not contact me about the 3g sunset in a timely manner. I decided to find an updated security solution with another provider. After looking at reviews for local security service providers, Iwatch Security stood out based on their consistently high reviews. I reached out to them in late Aug 2023 for an evaluation and estimate. I was soon contacted by a sales rep/advisor and we made an appointment within a couple of days. The rep evaluated my home and current system and prepared a solution with some upgrades (a doorbell camera, enhanced control panel, system controllable with phone app, etc.) and investment/purchase options. I accepted the system proposal and an installation was scheduled. The technician came and did a great job replacing my prior system with the new components. Wherever possible, he placed new components in the place of old components which minimized aesthetic issues. Afterwards, he efficiently went through the required forms, account setup, and other administrative tasks. They accidentally billed us for the first month (our former company required 30 days notice to cancel and then kept on the phone for almost an hour) so I called Julie and within an hour I received an email confirming their error and resolving the issue. The new system works with Alexa, too, but the app is so good you can program it to turn the alarm on and off automatically at whatever time you you want. It has 2- way voice and a USB port so you can put on your own photos (I’m a photographer and I love passing the security pad and seeing my photos). Many other features for a low price.
