We are down to 1/16th of our waste is garbage the rest reuse and/or recycle. We take the time out to separate these items for easy recycling and reuse. Cardboard boxes, paperboard and paper are very easy to recycle. #5 plastic and batteries have to be separated out and taken to a collection site.
Cardboard boxes and bags from the distributor are reused.
Difficult to recycle Styrofoam and bubble wrap is donated to local shipping stores for reuse.
Fuel efficient vehicles make a great impact on our planet and help us save our customers money. In our spacious Scion xB the real life average is 25 MPG, if we used the typical cargo van we would expect an average of 12 MPG.
Lets all do our part and keep up the efforts to be friendly to our environment.
